Cynthia does as directed, only wearing an oversized long sleeve purple shirt that does not belong to her.

"Here in Sinnoh, most places do due to power outages with the weather."

With trepidation, she accepts and takes a bite.

He takes another bite for himself.

"Afterwards, I guess we'll have to huddle together for warmth."

"It's not that bad," Cynthia muses. "There is a fireplace, you know."

"Either way" he says with a wink, "There'll be some wood."

Cynthia facepalms, knowing exactly what he meant.

"Is this the worst it gets?" Blue asks as he motions toward the outside. "Cause its kinda nuts."

Blue shrugs his shoulders.

"We're stuck here, but it looks like we've got enough food to last us a while. Not much to do without power or being able to get out of here. But I guess there's some things we can do huh?"

He winks again.

"I've seen worse, honestly."

Cynthia sips from her mug.

"And I'm afraid you have some recovering to do, eh?"

"I think we found the perfect balance about what I can do with my injuries and what you really like."
He imitates her voice.
"Oh please, keep going, keep going. I've never felt like this before in my life! Yes! Yes! Oh Blue!"

Cynthia gives Blue "the look."

"I thought there was no regrets."
But he smiles softly.
"Alright, alright. We'll keep pillow talk to the bedroom. Promise. Just as long as it ain't a one time deal."

"Relax, you shouldn't be testing your limits anyways."

"Alright, alright. I'll take a rain-check." he says with a sigh. "How about we just cuddle?"

"You, should be finishing your breakfast."
The blonde gets up and gets to work on the dishes.

"Okay, so, now what? What do you Sinnoh people normally do when you're trapped in your homes?

"I usually I take the time to read. It's a busy life being Champion, so I take any chance I can to study mythology."

"Mythology huh? Not really my bag, I've always been more of a hard science kinda guy."

Blue puts a hand on his chin.

"I could be interested in learning though. See if Science and Myth can reconcile."

"You would be surprised." Cynthia rests her hands in her lap. "Tradition and the legends of Sinnoh are the heart of my hometown, Celestic Town. If you'd like, I can explain these myths to you."

"Yeah, Gramps wanted me to go there." Blue remembers. "But uh..."

He makes a gun with his fingers.

He scratches his hair.

"Alright, lay it on me."

"I'll make sure you visit when you have recovered." She lightly bit her tongue, no need to add any honorifics here.

The blonde sits next to Blue with a book in her lap.

Blue snuggles close to her and he puts an arm around her shoulder.

"So alright, tell me how the world was made, according to myth."

He scratches his hair and nuzzles her tightly.

"But of course."
Cynthia opens the book, are reads.

Blue yawns.
"Science is amazing. If this Original One did all this crap, its crazy that we made something much more powerful in a lab."

"Oh?" Calmy muses Cynthia. "Can a man made Pokemon create such a world?"

"I've seen it. Mewtwo...it can do anything. I nearly died when I encountered it..."

He looks like he's about to cry.

Cynthia perks up.
